The ZK proving marketplace also continues to evolve into a central part of Hemi’s architecture. During the session, the team also pushed back on growing quantum-related narratives, emphasizing that while post-quantum considerations are worth monitoring, current threats remain largely theoretical. Practical limitations around hardware, scaling, and implementation mean that existing cryptographic systems are not facing immediate risk.

In the meantime, best practices and incremental improvements continue to provide strong security assurances, reinforcing that attention is better placed on building and shipping rather than reacting to speculative timelines.

veHEMI is also expanding beyond governance into a broader mechanism for network security and coordination, supporting emerging decentralized infrastructure as it comes online. The team is preparing new initiatives to drive ecosystem growth, including a formal grants and bounty program, continued partner expansion, and early work around liquidity and stablecoin-related efforts.
